Vanguard Professional Services is a national PEO, or Professional Employment Organization, registered and licensed in the State of Nevada. The organization was established to help Vanguard coordinate benefits and insurance billing on a national scale.

With corporate headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada, and offices in New York and New Jersey, Vanguard Professional Services provides a variety of staffing services. We offer staffing services for registered nurses, home health aides, and medical technicians. We also provide financial and billing services, compliance specialists, experienced managers, registration staff, and risk management services.
